1 packet of tofu

1 small bunch of coriander

1 spoon of olive oil

A few drops of Tabasco sauce

Chopped chives

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Put all the ingredients except the coriander and chives in the blender and mix it for a

couple of minutes. Then add some chopped coriander and chives to the paste. Use as a sandwich spread or as a topping for crackers.
